INITIAL PACKETS HAVE GONE OUT TO CLASSMATES
If you are reading this and did not get your packet with a magnetic refrigerator calendar and news about our coming 2010 calendar...please send Fred Hutchinson or Sandy Sypko Pittsley your address. Sandy has done a great job in "finding" about 40 classmates and correcting many addresses. To date we have good addresses for 76% of our classmates. Soon we will list the names of classmates we cannot find so you might help us.
Do us a favor? If you move, let Sandy or Fred know. If you have a winter and summer residence let us know that as well. We will send your packet anywhere in the world. If you prefer not to give out your address, an email will do.
REUNION "PASSPORT" --we hear you....
As you know, we have a very full reunion weekend beginning June 25, 2010. When the committee meets in October we will finalize prices and menues and offer a PASSPORT price for all three events. We will also offer individual pricing, knowing that some classmates may not wish to attend all the events. We want each and every classmate to enjoy the weekend in her or his own way.
REUNION PACKETS WITH COMPLETE DETAILS WILL BE READY FOR MAILING BY DECEMBER 30, 2009.
We are hoping to open the Friday Soc Hop to all SHS allumns and friends. The Saturday venue is primarily for '65 grads and their guests plus some classmates from 1964 and 1966. The Sunday Road Race will attract people of all ages from the area and is our primary fund raiser. In addition, some boating enthusiasts might wish to get together before, during or after the reunion activiities.
2010 CALENDAR
We have already received photos from classmates for our own 2010 Calendar. Thank you to Elaine Suspiro DePaola for being the first to submit a family photo including the grandkids. Keep the pictures, drawings, etc. coming. We know that everyone will really like the final product. Remember that there is no charge to submit a picture or any other non commercial piece and even if a classmates does not contribute to the project, she/he will receive a 2010 calendar free of charge.
PAYMENTS and DONATIONS
All purchases, payments and donations are accepted in advance by check or credit card. We use Pay Pal and can do transactions securely on line. There is no additional charge to our classmates.
YOUR IDEAS, SUGGESTIONS, CONCERNS are welcome. Our goal is to be as transparent and open as possible.
